WTF? What exactly was being shown or tested? Changing powder types AND putting a silencer on one gave you ZERO data. You can't say if the change in recoil, blast or smoke was from the change in powder OR the silencer. If you wanted to test or show something USEFUL, you have to have everything else THE SAME and only change the one thing being tested.

Fill a couple of bags with sand as a rifle rest. The Tipton vice is too flimsy to use as a shooting rest. That table may have a little too much wiggle also. Some weight added to the legs and on the table top would help. I know you already qualified the vice and table but you can improve by spending a little time getting things more stable. Both of those barrels are quite respectable. Improving on the Ruger factory barrel is a challenge. The biggest difference when replacing the Ruger barrel is usually weight or length but not a lot with accuracy.

It looks to me like the groups on the steel were better than on the target...and that maybe she's the better shooter 😂

Shaky table, questionable rifle vise = poor setup. Mediocre group for 40 yards. Not much difference.

I’ve got one of these. He needs more practice with it. He looks uncomfortable to me. Heck, with that first grouping, the TacSol should be the superstar. LOL. It’s unfortunately that the TacSol barrel cost as much as the entire 10/22. If I had known that, I would have just bought the TacSol gun, or a Volquartzen. :\

That is not good accuracy with either Barrel, and that distance you should have one Jagged hole with a decent setup and shooter. Inch and a half would be acceptable at 100 yards but not 40

I hope that foam padding is closed cell. If it retains moisture you will have a problem. Great idea. I have HT installed directly on my boat aluminum surface for over a year and its been great.

Them are chip eyes this guy need to clean up he's eyes to. 27 years and he got work to improve on. He's is above average work. There are wost taxidermist out there but he's not in the top class yet

I bought mine from eBay, both turrets came capped on mine because the original owner requested that from nightforce direct. Love it
